OBERG PRAISE N PRAY – November 23, 2008
 
PRAISE God for continued healing in our house!  The boys are back to normal, and the adults are ALMOST there.  :O)  Please continue to pray that God would restore our energy back to normal levels and that we would recover completely.  
 
Evangelism season “kicks off” this week!  Kevin and Toby will be going to Banzon Friday-Monday.  They will be leading an evangelism training seminar during the days, and then evangelism will take place in the village at nights.  Please PRAY for many people to follow Jesus and that this village would be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit at work in the lives of the believers.
 
Please PRAY for Kevin and Toby during these next 4 months.  They will be traveling to the bush almost every week, sometimes together, sometimes separately.  PRAY for God’s protection and safety over them as they drive, for good health and energy in spite of a schedule that can be very exhausting, and that God would be glorified in all that they say and do.
 
Please PRAY for Bonnie and Kiersten during these next 4 months as we “man the fort” while the guys are gone.  PRAY for good health for our children, for extra patience and energy during the times when our husbands are away, and that God would be our source of strength and joy.
 
A little note about fun:  We’re hosting Thanksgiving at our house again this Thursday.  We’ll probably have between 25-35 people, and we found turkeys again this year!  We’ll show a football game (taped from this weekend) and the Macy’s Day parade from last year, plus enjoy feasting and fellowship together.  We hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving, whatever you plans may be.
